All items are shipped from Burleigh Heads, Queensland, Australia.
We ship to New Zealand, Australia, UK and USA. Delivery times are given at check out.
You can select an express delivery service if you need your order quickly.
Sometimes there may be delays which are beyond our control, but we will work with you to resolve these should they come up.
Orders for outside of Australia may be subject to bank charges, import duties and taxes which are applied when the payment is processed, or the order reaches the destination.
These charges are the responsibility of the purchaser. The purchaser is also responsible for complying with the laws and regulations applicable in the destination country.
Standard Shipping Domestic upto 5kg is From AU$10.00 plus
Express International is from US$60.00 -
Bulky or Heavy product shipping costs from AU$25.00 Plus (Quilted Items,Cushions,Quilts,Mattress Toppers and Pillows.)
And the each order final shipping price is independent computation at check out page.
REFUNDS & RETURNS
We have a 30 day return policy if you are not happy for any reason no questions asked for a full refund. This applies to all products that have not been used, except if anything from list below:
- Quilts,Mattress Toppers and pillows are final sale and not returnable.
- Mattress and Pillow Protectors are final sale and not returnable.
- Clearance items are final sale and not returnable.
- End of line items are final sale and not returnable.
- All orders over 30 days from the date of sales.
Refunds, returns and exchanges should not be difficult. We have very few of them so we would like to treat each one individually rather than a long complicated policy.
Your rights will be upheld under consumer protection laws and legislation.
What you need to know is that if the product does not meet your satisfaction we will work with you to find a solution you are happy with.
If the goods are damaged or faulty, we will refund or replace them.
